Technical Leadership

Besides a high proportion of technical personnel trained in Mechanical & Engineering (M & E) specialisations and manufacturing activities of the Group, George Kent also possesses trained and experienced personnel in finance and accounting, human resource management, logistics and sales and marketing.

At present, George Kent has eight engineers qualified in mechanical engineering, 20 with Electrical and Electronic (E & E) engineering qualifications and several with qualifications in the discipline of Chemical and Civil Engineering, Geo-Mechanics and Computing. The technical team is ably supported by our administrative and management professionals who comprise of certified Chartered Accountants and those with business administration qualifications.

Long Serving Staff

We take pride that 60% of our employees are long service staff whom have served George Kent for at least 10 years. Of this, 20% have been with us for almost 20 years and several others for almost 3 decades. This reflects the rich experience of our Human Resource - a loyal and committed group of employees who continue to contribute much to the progress and success of the Group.

The Group operates an Employee Share Option Scheme (ESOS) that rewards long-serving employees with the opportunity to participate in the Group’s success.
