Pressure Gauges
Catering from high to low pressure applications, Budenburg pressure gauges are built to be tough to serve under the most difficult conditions on gases and liquids. Each gauge comes with elaborate technical specifications to function over wide-range of process and engineering applications and certified to most national and international specifications and regulatory requirements. Safety is a prime feature, whereby the gauges have a full-safe pattern and a blow-out back, making each unit acceptable in applications that may undergo excessive pressure under extreme conditions. This will provide increased protection to the instrument and the operator. Digital GaugesThe all-new DX digital gauge is designed for simple and cost-effective measuring to cover a wide-range of applications from laboratory calibration to in-field use. The DX is available with a choice of standard ranges of up to 700 bar in conformance with the EN-837 standard. Alternatively, units can also be factory-programmed to the precised range needed for any particular application. Based around a high specification Peizoresistive silicon sensor, the DX has an accuracy of 0.1% of the calibrated span which is fully temperature-compensated across the range of -10°C to 50°C thereby allowing accurate readings to be taken over a wide-range of ambient conditions. The unit has a large five-digit LCD display that incorporates a vertical bar graph to indicate the percentage of the range being displayed. Menu keys allow the user to define or reconfigure the mode and characteristics of operation if required. Brochure: Digital Test Gauge

Differential Pressure GaugesThe Model 180 differential pressure gauges are manufactured with a stainless-steel diaphragm as the measuring element, the strength of which depends on the differential pressure graduation. The element is isolated from the pressure by two Melinex diaphragms so that only clean oil fills the chamber in which the mechanism operates. Melinex is a polyester film (polyethylene terephtalate) that is resistant to all petroleum refining industry fluids. The Model 179F differential pressure gauge consists of two opposing bourdon tubes, each having its own connection but operating a common pointer that shows the difference between the two pressures. Used in applications that require an instrument to measure the difference between two pressures where the system pressure is up to 4 times greater than the differential range.
