 The George Kent GKM 170 multijet water meter (from Elster) operates on the velocity principle where water enters the measuring chamber through a number of ports and drives a rotor. The velocity of the rotor infers the flowrate and volume of water passed through the chamber. It comes in sizes of 15mm and 20mm with nominal flow rates of Qn 1.5m3/h and 2.5m3/h respectively. Tested and certified to ISO 4064 Class B in the horizontal position.
