1. Electromagnetic Flowmeter

George Kent supplies a selection of the world’s largest and top quality selection of electromagnetic flowmeters. The flowmeters are produced by renowned manufacturer, ABB, and is based on Faraday’s discoveries.

Whenever the substance to be measured is conducive in liquid, ABB electromagnetic flowmeters – model MagMaster, are able to perform to requirements. Besides the mains-powered versions, we also provide battery powered versions of electromagnetic flowmeters – the Aquamaster.

Both versions are produced to meet the growing demand for high accuracy over a very wide flow range. In addition to high measurement performance, the Aquamaster offers readings of totalizers via GSM/SMS. This allows easy access to billing information without the need to physically read the meter display.

We also supply portable insertion type electromagnetic flowmeters – Aquaprobe for clean water applications. It is suitable for both temporary and permanent installation in pipe lines up to 3 metres in diameter and can be fitted whilst the pipe is under full working pressure, whish is known as “Hot Tapped”.

We are able to provide the routine verification of ABB flowmeter calibration – Calmaster. This is a unique solution for demand in terms of in-situ calibration, verification and certification.

• Battery Operated Type
  
  The advantage of these models is no external power is required, making them suitable for use in remote locations. Powered by replaceable batteries, the unit is self-sustaining until power supply is exhausted.
  
  AC-powered units have optional battery backup to ensure no loss of flow measurement during power down periods.
